Experiences
Our experience supports us
2009 was the year this business venture began. Over the years, by combining our efforts with those of our clients, we have achieved important challenges, which have led us to carry out major projects with great added value, both nationally and internationally.
Today, Trypton Software can proudly claim to be one of the leading companies in waste management software.

Trypton in Portugal
In 2017, we were presented with a great challenge that we did not hesitate to undertake. Current regulations in Portugal forced one of the largest companies in the urban waste sector to change its weighing control systems for 27 of its plants.
Within a maximum period of three months, these facilities were required to notify the Portuguese Environmental Agency (APA) of truck arrivals and departures.
Furthermore, the goal was to implement a centralized system in all plants that would allow company management to control the data in real time.
We made all the experience we’ve gained over the past few years available to our client. After implementing the necessary adaptations to our software to meet the project requirements, several field teams were deployed to complete the implementation in record time.
On January 1, 2018, the system was able to enter production without any impact. We are currently moving forward with the project, deploying the solution to the remaining plants in order to unify a single system. In parallel, once the first objective was met, a new phase began to automate the registration of truck entries and exits with our Totem, providing a comprehensive solution that is improving our client’s productivity.
Trypton in Bahrain
Once we confirmed the reliability of our products and that they were ready to tackle the international challenge, we decided to take on the next challenge.
This time he took us a little further. The installation and automation of a landfill in the Kingdom of Bahrain was planned. As is often the case, time was very tight, and software development and adaptations had to be implemented in record time.
After an initial field phase where the system was implemented, we were able to manage the change of weighing system without causing queues or bottlenecks at the plant entrance (around 700 vehicle entrances per day with just two scales).
Subsequently, a further step was taken toward automation with the installation of our Totems, which further streamlined the work of operators through automatic recognition of vehicle license plates.
As a final part of the project, an online platform was created where government officials could view real-time information regarding entry and fee payments for vehicles accessing the plant.

Trypton in the LEB ORO
Of the many projects we have undertaken, we would like to mention this one, which we hold very dear.
Together with Oviedo Club Baloncesto (OCB), a leading club in Asturias and a regular at the second level of basketball competition in Spain, we proposed the idea of introducing a digital card. They didn’t hesitate to accept the challenge, and we can proudly say that the teamwork with the OCB paid off.
An app was implemented that allows season ticket holders to enter the arena without a physical ID, view match statistics in real time, and view the home match schedule.
We designed a mobile access control system integrated with Colixeum Ticketing, equipped with a QR code reader and a Raspberry touchscreen. The solution we’ve implemented allows the OCB to configure any sporting event with its zones and number of seats. Management is fully user-configurable, and the subscription campaign has been significantly optimized.
